Mrs. Wanda Faye Back Brown, age 69 of Tarr Ridge Road in Frenchburg, Kentucky; Wife of Jay David Brown; passed away Thursday, September 20, 2007 at Frenchburg, Kentucky.

She was born on April 22, 1938 in Menifee County, Kentucky; Daughter of the late Leonard Lee Back and Sarah Melissa McClanhan Back.

Wanda was a Homemaker and attended the Laurel Springs Baptist Church in Mariba, Kentucky.

She was preceded in death by 2 Sisters; Ann Stamper and LaVaughn Back, 7 Brothers; Richard Darrell Back, Douglas Randall Back, Buck Back, Wilmer Back, Odell Back, Willard Back and Leonard Ellis Back.

Wanda Faye will be sadly missed by her Family and Friends, but our loss is certainly Heaven's Gain.

Mrs. Wanda Faye Back Brown is survived by her Husband; Jay David Brown of Frenchburg, Kentucky, 5 Children; Connie Jaye Byrd, Kim & Billy Smallwood, Della Faye Brown, Daniel Jay Brown and Sarah & Jessie Denniston of Frenchburg, Kentucky; 3 Grandchildren; Jessica Carter, Kelly Smallwood and Lesley Smallwood; 5 Sisters; Treva Jones of Wellington, Kentucky, Carolyn Spencer of Lexington, Kentucky, Juanita Sibcey of Winchester, Kentucky, Lela Keith of Lexington, Kentucky and Allafair Kendrick of Frenchburg, Kentucky and 4 Brothers; Greg Back of Wellington, Kentucky, Dale Back of Frenchburg, Kentucky, Velmer Back of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky and Ralph Back of Jeffersonville, Kentucky.

Funeral Services will be conducted Sunday at 2:30 pm September 23, 2007 at Menfiee Home for Funerals Chapel with Bro. Dennis Flannery, Bro. Carroll Ratliff & Rev. Jimmy Daulton officiating. Burial will follow with Interment in the Back Cemetery in Wellington, Kentucky.

The Family of Mrs. Wanda Faye Back Brown will be receiving Friends for Visitation at 1:00 pm Sunday at Menifee Home for Funerals in Frenchburg, Kentucky.
