Ronnie Dewey Little

Ronnie Dewey Little, age 85 of Wellington, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, December 3,2019 in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky after a brief illness. Ronnie was born February 6, 1934 in Frenchburg, Kentucky to the late R.T.(Reece) Little and Ada Halsey Little. At the time of his death, he was 85 years, 9 months, and 27 days old. He accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his Savior. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by, one brother, Warren C. Little, and one infant sister, Juanita Little, and a special friend, Jean Roe.

Surviving are his three children, Ronetta Little of Wellington, Kentucky. Robin Little-Basil (Aaron Basil) of Jeffersonville, Kentucky. Ron T. Little (Stacy) of Ashland, Kentucky. Four grandchildren, Reesha Little Oakley, Jenna Ratliff-Ginter (Nathan Ginter), Jessica Little Oakley, and Ryan T. Little. Three great-grandchildren, Ryder, McKenna & Jhett Ginter.

Ronnie was a member of the Miztah Lodge #507 F&AM, Shriners Children Hospital, Mountains Pleasure Horse Association. He was an honor guard and supply sergeant in army.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00pm, Friday, December 6,2019 at the Pomeroyton Union Church, Pomeroyton, KY with Rev. Terry Wells officiating. Interment in the Pomeroyton Cemetery, Pomeroyton, KY with military honors conducted by the Morgan County DAV, Chapter # 132. Visitation will be 6:00pm Thursday at Menifee Home For Funerals, Frenchburg, KY with Randy Halsey, Funeral Director, with Masonic Service at 7:00pm, in chapel conducted by the Miztah Lodge #507 F&AM.

Active pallbearers: Aaron Basil, Nathan Ginter, Bryce Amburgey, Jordan Amburgey, Doug Keith, Jesse Sexton. Honorary pallbearers: Bud Ratliff, Joe Little, Greg Cox, Robert Murphy, Larry Thompson, Jerry Wells, and all his many friends. In lieu of flowers donations are suggested, Miztah Lodge # 507, Mountain Pleasure Horse Assoc., or Shriner's Children Hospital.
