Wilbur Howard "Jim" Whitt

Wilbur Howard Jim" Whitt, age 84, of Artville Rd.,Wellington, KY, passed away Tuesday September 24,2019 at his residence after an extended illness. He was born August 29, 1935 in Frenchburg, KY, son of Dorsie Whitt and Nora Wheeler Whitt. He was a retired farmer. He accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his Savior. Surviving is a step-son Samuel Caudill & wife Cathy, of Ezel, KY. Eight grandchildren & seventeen great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. Seven nieces and nephews. One special friend Kay Combs. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dorsie & Nora Wheeler Whitt, his wife Ruth Faye Whitt, two sisters Mildred Bair & Treva Shafer, two brothers Vernon Whitt & Shirley Gene Whitt.

Funeral services will be 3:00pm, Saturday, September 28, 2019 at Korea Church of God, Wellington,KY, with Bro. David Hale and Bro. Harry Flannery officiating. Burial in Back Cemetery, Wellington, KY.Visitation 6:00pm Friday at Menifee Home For Funerals, Frenchburg, KY.with Randy Halsey,Funeral Director.
