Betty Jane Helton Lawson, age 85, of Frenchburg,KY, passed away Friday, May 28,2021 at her home after an extended illness. Born November 8,1935 in Middletown, Ohio to John D. Helton and Ethel Grace Alexander Helton. She accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her Savior.

Surviving are one daughter, Nancy & Barry Lyons, two sons, David & Sandy Lawson, and Rodney Lawson. Five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. One sister, Wanda Becraft. She was preceded in death by her parents, John D. Helton and Ethel Grace Alexander Helton, her husband, Lancelot Lawson, son, Ronald Lawson, four sisters, Bernice Burton, Robyn Webb, Carol Whisman, Anne Waters. Four brothers, Jack Helton, Carl Helton, Richard Helton and Everett Blevins.

Private graveside services, Monday in the Rangee Cemetery, Frenchburg, KY with Bro. Jimmy Daulton officiating. Pallbearers are friends & family. Menifee Home For Funerals, Frenchburg, KY, Randy Halsey, Funeral Director.
