Brenda Ann (McNeely) Bartley

Brenda Ann McNeely Bartley, age 57, of Frenchburg, KY went home to be with the good Lord on Sunday, October 10,2021. She loved to work and work out in the yard and loved cleaning her house, and taking care of her animals. Her cat Precious and her little dog Bailey. She was employed at Nestle, in the janitorial department.

She will be great missed by all her friends and family. Surviving are her longtime companion Russell Copen, of Frenchburg, KY. Two daughters, Crystal and Bryant Rothwell of Mount Sterling, KY Michelle Watkins of Jeffersonville, KY. One son, Allen Bryant of Grafton, Ohio. One sister, Tricia McNeely and two brothers, Jerry and Angel McNeely and Junior McNeely all of Madison, WV. Seven grandchildren, Brianna and Isaiah Rothwell, Hailey Owen, David Watkins, Destiny Bryant, Ray and Faith Bryant. Several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Emil Earl McNeely and Evelyn Strollings McNeely, her husband, James F. Bartley, two brothers, Earl McNeely and Eddie McNeely.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm,Thursday, October 14,2021 at Menifee Home For Funerals with Rev. Karl Elam officiating. Burial in the Bashford Cemetery, Hwy 1274, Frenchburg,KY. Visitation will be 10:30am Thursday at Menifee Home For Funerals, Frenchburg, KY, Randy Halsey Funeral Director. Pallbearers will be friends and relatives.
