Buford Dale Sorrell, age 71, of Frenchburg, KY passed away Monday, October 2, 2023 in the St. Joseph Hospital, Lexington,KY from an extended illness. He was born September 12, 1952 in Yale, KY, son of Russell and Flora Walton Sorrell. He was a member of the Frenchburg Church of God.He had worked as a water blaster’s cleaning of chemical plants.

He was preceded in death by his parents,Russell and Flora Sorrell and two daughters Kelly Renee Sorrell and Jackie Lee Sorrell. One sister Willa Mae Heath and six brothers, James Ralph, Ray, Kenneth, Charles, Vernon and James Barry.

Surviving is his wife Roslynn Simpson Sorrell of Frenchburg, KY. Four sisters Imogene Perry, Loretta Sorrell, Donna Dir and Barbara Whitt. Two brothers Larry Sorrell and Rick Sorrell.

The family has requested no funeral or visitation.Keep our family in your prayers and thoughts.
