Cecil H.Ballard, age 67 of Wellington,Ky passed away Monday April 29th. at his son,David Ballard home in Frankfort,Ky with his loving family at his side after a brief illness. He was born March 10,1946 in North Middletown,Ky son of the late Charles Russell Ballard and Nora Mae Purvis Ballard. He was a retired minister and attended the Vaughn's Mill Community Church,Clay City,Ky. Besides his parents, one sister and four brothers preceded him in death.

Surviving is his loving wife,Tressie Ethel Coldiron Ballard of Wellington,Ky. One daughter, Cathy & Greg Moore of Frankfort,Ky.One son, Cecil David Ballard & Felicia Warner of Frankfort,Ky. Two grandchildren, Devon Tyler Moore & Ashley Nicole Moore. Four brothers, Russell Wayne Ballard of Sharpsburg,Ky. Roy Ballard of Barbourville,Ky. Claude Edward Ballard and Lester Ray Ballard of Wellington,Ky. Host of nieces & nephews.

Funeral services will be 1:PM Thursday,May 2nd.at Menifee Home For Funerals with Bro.Gary Mayabb officiating. Burial in the McClain Cemetery, Mill Creek,Ky. Visitation 6:30 PM,Wednesday at Menifee Home For Funerals,Frenchburg,Ky.
