Charlene (Phillips) Manning

Charlene Phillips Manning age 56 of Mt. Sterling, KY passed away Thursday, July 24, 2025 at her home. She was born March 27,1969 in Mt. Sterling, KY daughter of Olney and Athleen McKinney Phillips. She accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her Savior. She worked in retails sales.

Surviving is her two daughters Marlena Geronimo, and Nicole Schlager & husband Jacob Stevens. Brother, Jeffrey Phillips, two sisters, Regina Phillips Harmon, Stephanie Phillips Stephens. Four grandchildren; Sonia, Ema, Oliver and River. Special friend Ashley Means. Her pet dog, Chloe.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Olney and Athleen McKinney Phillips. Two sisters Vanessa Phillips and Teresa Phillips Sons. Special friend, Christina ‘Tina’ Lanham.

Funeral services will be 7:pm, Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at Menifee Home For Funerals with Rev. Karl Elam officiating. Visitation, 6:pm Tuesday July 29, 2025 at Menifee Home For Funerals, Frenchburg, KY. Randy Halsey, Funeral Director.
