Curtis Wayne Fields, age 67, of Frenchburg, KY, passed away Wednesday, August 18,2021 in St. Claire Medical Center, Morehead, Ky after an extended illness. He was born September 1,1953 in Covington, KY to Paul Fields and Carrie Ingram Townsend. He was a member of the Denniston House of Prayers.

Surviving are three sisters, Becky Cornett and Carolyn Roe of Wellington, KY. Margaret Collins of Frenchburg, KY. Three brothers, Orville Roark of West Liberty, KY. Jimmy Roark of Paris, KY and Loyd Roe of Wellington,KY.. Host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul Fields and Carrie Ingram Townsend..

Funeral services will be 1:00pm, Sunday, August 22,2021 at Menifee Home For Funerals with Bro. Gary Mayabb officiating. Interment in Mack Cemetery, McCausey Ridge Rd. Frenchburg,KY. Visitation after 11:00am, Sunday at Menifee Home For Funerals, Frenchburg,KY, Randy Halsey Funeral Director.
