Danny Wayne Johnson, age, 67 of Lexington, KY passed away at his home Monday July 24, 2023 after an extended illness. He was born April 3, 1956 in Frenchburg, KY to Roy & Julia Parker Johnson.

He was a member of the North East Christian Church, Lexington, KY and was a retired installer & repair man for GTE.

Preceded in death by his, parents, Roy & Julia Parker Johnson, 1 sister, Rose Mullins, 1 brother, Raymond, Johnson.

Surviving are his wife of 44 years Joan Yocum Johnson, 2 sisters, Betty Crouch & Patricia Clemons, 1 brother, Bobby V. Johnson, (Wanda). His nieces, Lisa, Tina, Donna, Kathy & Natalie. His 2 nephews, Randy & Wayne.

Funeral service will be held at the Menifee Home For Funerals, Frenchburg, KY on Thursday July 27, 2023  at 1:00pm,with Bro. Jimmy Daulton officiating. Interment will be held at the Upper Salt Lick Cemetery, Salt Lick, KY. Visitation starts at 6:30 PM Wednesday July 26, 2023 at the Menifee Home For Funerals Frenchburg, KY.
