Delma Powers, age 78 of Frenchburg, KY, widow of Robert Powers; passed away Thursday, December 7, 2006 at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead, KY.

She was born May 8, 1928 in Magoffin County, Kentucky; daguther of the Late Garland Walters & Elizabeth Anderson Walters.

She was a retired Day Care Owner & attended Frenchburg Presbyterian Church, Frenchburg, KY.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Husband; Robert Powers; 1 Sister; Jewell Dyer.

She is survived by her 2 Sons; Michael Powers of Melbourne, FL and Stanley Powers of Durango, Colorado; 1 Sister; Joy Cob of Frenchburg, KY; and 3 Brothers; Hiram Walters of Frenchburg, KY, Charles Walters of Lexington, KY & Sid Walters of Erlanger, KY.

Funeral Services will be conducted 10:00 AM, Saturday, December 9, 2006 at Menifee Home For Funerals Chapel with Pastor David Rule officiating. Burial will follow with Interment at the Lakeville Cemetery in Salyersville, KY. Visitation will begin at 6:00 PM, Friday, December 8, 2006 at Menifee Home For Funerals in Frenchburg, KY.

Pallbearers will be Friends & Relatives.
