Edith (Robinson) Agee

Edith Agee of Middletown, Ohio passed away peacefully in her sleep on March 15,2022 at the age of 81. Born in Bulan, Kentucky on May 5th.1940 to the parents of Colonel Robinson and Maryline Hughes Robinson which both proceeded her in death. Edith moved to Middletown, Ohio in December of 1958, after marrying Charles Herbert Agee on December 24,1958, which proceeded her in death on December 21st,1992. Edith was a stay at home mom, until Charlie's passing, she then got her first job working at Kmart in the restaurant, she worked there until Kmart closed. She made many friends that turned into Kmart family that she stayed in contract with through the years.

Edith is survived by her three daughters Nancy Agee-Wells and husband Dale Wells of Monroe, Ohio. Sherri Agee-Daniels of Lebanon, Ohio, Terri Agee of Middletown, Ohio. One sister Mary Ann Pugh and husband Matt of Frenchburg, Kentucky. Three grandchildren-Travis Grimes of Fairfield, Ohio, Emily Daniels of Lebanon, Ohio and  Jarrett Agee of Middletown, Ohio, and her two granddoggies Darlin and Murphy who resided with her at home. Sister-in-law, Marylee McIntosh, Middletown,OH.

She was proceeded in death by parents and her husband Charles Agee, grandson Brent Charles Agee on March 24th.2010, and one brother David Robinson of Texas.

Edith loved her UK Wildcats, making orange juice cakes for her granddaughter Emily, peanut butter roll for her grandson Travis and watching wrestling with her grandson Jarrett. 

Funeral services will be at Menifee Home For Funerals,12:Noon, Saturday March 19,2022 with Pastor James Anderson officiating. Edith will be buried at Back Cemetery in Wellington, KY, beside her husband, Charlie Agee and her parents Colonel Robinson and Maryline Hughes Robinson. Visitation will be 11:am Saturday at Menifee Home For Funerals, Frenchburg, KY, Randy Halsey Funeral Director. Family and friends will be the pallbearers.
