Fredrick A. “Freddie” Brown, age 65, of Frenchburg, KY departed this life Sunday April 20,2025 in St. Claire Hospital, Morehead, KY after a brief illness. Born in Mt. Sterling, KY on July 27,1959 to Willard & Eunice Botts Brown. Member of the Big Woods Community Church, Wellington, KY. Preceded in death by parents, paternal and maternal grandparents, sister Merrilynn Osborne, brothers Jeff Brown and Leonard Brown; several aunts and uncles.
Survived is his wife and soulmate Susan Thomas Brown; daughter Casey (Scott) Lovelace; and very special granddaughter Avery Lovelace, who was the apple of his eye. Two brothers; Frank (Elaine) Brown and Johnny (Sheri) Brown; Sister; Jo (Jim) Langworthy; special aunt Opal Brown; Mother-in-law Jean Thomas. Second mother Phyllis Lawson; several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins, (all whom he loved to play pranks on.) As well as lifelong friends Dave Lawson, Kim Spencer, Jimmy Daulton, Kenny Daulton, Larry Daulton, and many other dear friends to numerous to mention. Freddie also leaves behind his two fur babies, Bonnie and Clyde, whom he loved very much and who were loyal to him until the very end.
He was loved by many and was a man who spoke his mind whether you wanted to hear it or not. He was also the first one to offer his assistance with anything that anyone needed without hesitation.
Funeral services will be 1:00pm, Thursday, April 24,2025 at the Big Woods Community Church, Wellington, KY with Rev. Jimmy Daulton and Rev. Justin Wells officiating. Burial in the Brown Cemetery, Pomeroyton, KY. Visitation, 6:00pn Wednesday at Menifee Home For Funerals, Frenchburg, KY. Randy Halsey Funeral Director. Visitation 12:01pm,Thursday at Big Wood Community Church, Wellington, KY.
