Garnet (Back) Goodpaster

Garnet Back Goodpaster, age 66, of Old Mill Stone Rd. Wellington, KY departed this life Wednesday, April 16,2025 in the St. Claire Hospital, Morehead, KY after a brief illness. She was born June 10,1958 in Frenchburg, KY daughter of Estil and Nila Blair Back. She was a homemaker, a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister.

Surviving is her daughter Renee & Chris Riddle, three grandchildren Cameron Riddle, Aaron Riddle, Alexandra Riddle. Sister Brenda Dicken and four brothers Foy & Judy Back, Shirl Back, Denzil Back, Rick & Kathy Back. She was preceded in death by her parents Estil and Nila Blair Back, husband, Daniel ‘Danny’ W. Goodpaster, sister Kathryn Bailey, brothers, Merle Back, Redgey Back, Randy Back.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm, Saturday April 19,2025 at Korea Church of God, Wellington, KY with Rev. David Hale officiating. Burial in the Back Cemetery, Wellington, KY. Visitation, 11;30am Saturday at Korea Church of God, 1543 KY Hwy 1693, Wellington, KY. Menifee Home For Funerals, Frenchburg, KY. Randy Halsey Funeral Director.
