George "Buzzy" Brown Jr

George "Buzzy" Brown Jr, age 77, passed away Friday at the VAMC, Lexington, KY after a brief illness. Born July 8, 1940 in Frenchburg, KY, son of the late George Brown SR. and Audrey McGlothen Brown. He was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church, and a US Army Veteran. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Ida Brown, two sisters, Barbara Everhart and Elizabeth Egelston and one brother Johnny Brown.

Surviving is one son, Ricky and Angie Brown, Frenchburg, KY. One granddaughter, three great-grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, five step-
great-grandchildren. One sister, Juanita Crain of Frenchburg, KY. Two brothers, Jimmie & Hazel Brown and Terry & Patsy Brown all of Frenchburg,KY.

Funeral will be 2:00pm, Sunday, January 28, 2018 at Menifee Home For Funerals, with Rev. Tim Rhodes officiating. Burial in Amburgey & Lovely Cemetery, Jeffersonville, KY. Visitation after 12:NOON, Sunday at Menifee Home For Funerals, Frenchburg, KY, with Randy Halsey, Funeral Director.

Pallbearers: Rich Evans, Teddy Burden, Terry Brown, Todd Egelston, Zach Daugherty, Jim Phelps.
