George Frankie Justice

George Frankie Justice, age, 76 of Wellington, KY passed away Friday January 12, 2024, at his residence after a extended illness. He was born April 6, 1947, in Freeburn, KY to Earnie & Nora Dotson Justice.

He was a retired coal owner & operator of Phelps Coal & Land. He served in the United States Army 3rd ARMD DIV.

Preceded in death by his parents, Earnie & Nora Dotson Justice, One son, Steve Justice, one brother, Earnie Justice Jr.

Surviving is his wife, Wanda Mays Justice, one son, Mike (Melissa) Justice, one step daughter, Cindy (Caleb) Howard. One brother, Jimmy (Rachel) Justice, two sisters, Mary Lou (Homer) Lester, Shirly McClanahan. Three granddaughters, Cayci (Ben) Rose, Lindsey (Scott) Moody, Taylon Howard. Three grandsons, Corey (Tosha) Justice, Erney Justice, Kelley Justice. 6 great grandchildren, Caiden, Chloe, Carter, Emilia, Brady, Brooks, & a host of nieces & nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Monday January 15, 2024, at Menifee Home for Funerals, Frenchburg, KY with Bro. David Hale & Bro. Johnny Reed officiating. Interment will be held at the Denniston Cemetery, Denniston, KY. (with  Military Honors conducted by American Legion Post 22 at graveside). Visitation starts at 11:00 AM  Monday January 15, 2024, at Menifee Home for Funerals, Frenchburg, KY.
