Glendine Bates,age 64,of 3479 Hwy 437,West Liberty,Ky died Friday in the Morgan Co.ARH ,West Liberty,Ky.She was born February 2,1951 in Pikeville,Ky,a daughter of the late Tommy and Pricey Thacker Chaney.

One sister,Avonelle Bartley and two brothers,Teddy Chaney and Jr.Chaney preceded her in death.

Surviving is her husband,Hargis Bates of West Liberty,Ky, and two sons, Paul Bates of West Liberty,Ky. Jessie & (Melinda) Stidham of
Denniston,Ky. One sister, Garnell Keen of Pikeville,Ky. One brother,
James Chaney of Flint,Michigan. Three grandchildren,Nicole Stidham,
T.J.Stidham and Jessie Stidham II. Many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM,Tuesday,March 10.2015 at Menifee Home For Funerals with Bro.Terry Wells officiating.
Burial in the Murphy-Stidham & Bates Cemetery,Denniston,Ky. Visitation 6:00 PM,Monday at Menifee Home For Funerals,Frenchburg,Ky,
Randy Halsey,Funeral Director.
Pallbearers;Michael Bates, John Michael Bates,Gary Bates,
David Bates,Bill Trusty, Johnny Johnson,David Yocum and Daniel Bates.
