Hazel (Peyton) Hudson

Hazel Peyton Hudson, age 87, of Frenchburg, KY, passed away Friday, January 8, 2021 in the Edgewood Estates after a brief illness. She was born February 1, 1933 in Frenchburg, KY, to Marion and Maggie Hall Peyton. She attended the Bethel Baptist Church,Frenchburg,KY. She was preceded in death by her parents Marion & Maggie Hall Peyton. Husband, married April 19,1954, Harold F. Hudson, granddaughter, Casie Lynn Ferrell. Stepson Harold “Wayne” Hudson, stepdaughter, Nancy Corbi, four sisters, Laura (Fred) Burton, Opal (Willie) Hale, Rosie Ann Clifford, Myrtle Marie Luke. two brothers Delmer (Marie) Peyton, Willie Peyton. Brother-in-law Howard Patrick.

Surviving are her children, Frank & Mary Hudson of Millersburg,Ohio. Thelma & Jeff Moore and Ramona & Ronnie Henderson both of Olive Hill,KY. Jeff & Joyce Hudson of Fort Myers,FL., and Cindy & Bimbo Mullins of Frenchburg,KY. 11 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Sister, Maryann Patrick of Ohio and brother Tommy Bruce Peyton of West Liberty, KY

Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, January 11,2021 at Back Cemetery, with Pastor Frank Hudson officiating. Interment in Back Cemetery, Wellington, KY. Pallbearers: Adam Ferrell, Christopher Mullins, Frank Hudson, Michael Hudson, Marion Hudson, Scottie Hudson. Menifee Home For Funerals, Frenchburg,KY, with Randy Halsey, Funeral Director.
