James Fon Bartley,age 69 of Hawkins Branch Road,
Frenchburg,Kentucky passed away
Friday,June 6,2014 at his residence after an extended illness.
Born December 17,1944 in Pikeville,Ky, he was a son of the late Fon Bartley and Bernice Potter Childers. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter,Sherry Lynn Stewart, three brothers,Paul Henry Bartley, Victor Vernon Bartley and Junior Bartley and one sister,Sandra Kaye Mossberger.

He is survived by his wife,Brenda Ann McNeely Bartley of Frenchburg,Ky. One daughter, Amanda Davis of Mt.Sterling,Ky. Two step
daughters, Michelle Watkins of Stanton,Ky,& Crystal Rothwell of Clay City,Ky. Two sisters, Loretta Sanders of Winchester,Ky,& Della Mae Roark of Ashland,Ky. Two brothers, Homer Lee Bartley of Virgie,Ky, & Harold Bartley of Midway,Ohio. Two grandsons and four step-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted Monday,1;P:M,June 9,2014 at Menifee Home For Funerals with Rev.Tommy Evans officiating. Interment in the Bashford Cemetery, Frenchburg,Ky.
Visitation 6:PM,Sunday at Menifee Home For Funerals,Frenchburg,Ky.
Pallbearers will be Friends & Relatives.
