James "Richard" Ratliff

James "Richard " Ratliff, age 75 of Frenchburg, KY passed away Wednesday, March 1,2023 in the Windsor Care, Mt. Sterling, KY after an extended illness. He was born September 15,1947 in Mt. Sterling,  KY to Harrison Arthur Ratliff and Ollie Josephine Berry Ratliff. He was a retired Menifee County School Superintendent and serviced in the US Army. He was of the Christian Faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harrison Arthur Ratliff and Ollie Josephine Berry Ratliff, and one brother Billy Ratliff and one sister Joan Tackett.

Surviving are one sister, Judy Durso, one niece, Danielle Rogers and two nephews, John Combs and Justin Tackett.  

Funeral services will be 1:00pm, Wednesday, March 8th.2023 at Menifee Home For Funerals with Rev .Jimmy Daulton officiating. Visitation will be 11:00am Wednesday at Menifee Home For Funerals,Frencbhurg,KY. Randy Halsey Funeral Director.
