Jay David Brown

Jay David Brown, age 71 of Tarr Ridge Road ,Frenchburg, Kentucky passed away Thursday, December 27, 2007 at his residence.

He was born January 21, 1936 in Fayette County, KY; son of the Late Leslie Daniel Brown & Grace Ellen Finch Brown.

He was a millwright for Rockwell International in Winchester, KY and attended the Tarr Ridge Church of God in Frenchburg, KY.

He was preceded in death by his Wife: Wanda Back Brown, his Parents, 2 Sisters; Eunice Lawson & Ellen Jewell Brown, 4 Brothers; Leslie Daniel Brown Jr., Lenville Brown, Bernerd Brown & Herbert Brown.

Survivors include his Children; Connie Byrd, Kim & Billy Smallwood, Della Brown, Daniel Brown and Sarah & Jessie Denniston all of Frenchburg, KY, 1 Sister; Geneva & Gene Burton of Lexington, KY, 3 Grandchildren; Jessica Carter, Kelly & Lesley Smallwood.

Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday at 1:00 p.m. December 29, 2007 at Menifee Home For Funerals Chapel with Bro. Dennis Flannery, Rev. Jimmy Daulton & Bro. Carroll W. Ratliff officiating. Interment will follow with burial in the Back Cemetery at Wellington, KY.

Visitation will begin at 11:00 am Saturday, December 29, 2007 at Menifee Home For Funerals in Frenchburg, KY.
