Joan (Sorrell) Wexler

Joan Sorrell Wexler, age, 85, of Frenchburg, KY passed away October 13, 2023 at St. Joseph in Mt. Sterling, KY after an extended illness. She was born August 20, 1938 in Mt. Sterling, KY to Herndon & Hazel Montgomery Sorrell.

She was a member of the Big Woods Community Church. Preceded in death by her husband, James Wexler, both of her parents, Herndon & Hazel Montgomery Sorrell. 1 sister, Dolly Sorrell & 1 brother, Donny Sorrell.

Surviving are her 2 daughters, Doris Crouch (Mike) & Angela Baker (Darrell). Her 3 sons, Alan Wexler (Beth), Jamie Wexler & Bob Wexler (Missy). Survivors also include 11 grandchildren & 4 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at the Menifee Home For Funerals Chapel at 1:00 PM Wednesday October 18, 2023 with Bro. Jess Brewer & Bro. Roger Wells officiating. Interment will be held at the Ginter Cemetery in Leatherwood, KY. Visitation starts at 6:00 PM Tuesday October 17, 2023 at Menifee Home For Funerals, Frenchburg, KY.
