Juanita (Botts) Ross

Juanita Botts Ross of Jeffersonville, KY formerly of Menifee County, KY passed away Thursday, January 16,2025 at her granddaughter home in Wellington, KY after an extended illness at the age of 85 years, 5 months and 18 days. She was born July 29,1939 in Ft. Wayne, Indiana daughter of Prosner Botts and Ora Trent Botts. She accepted the Lord Jesus as her savior. She worked many jobs during her lifetime, as a farmer, factory worker and maintenance janitor for LexMark.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Prosner and Ora Trent Botts, her husband Harrison Ross, son Chester Ross, daughter Wanda Sue Ross, grandson Matthew Lawson, and her siblings Mildred Kendrick, Geraldine Fields-Centers, George Botts, Daniel Botts and Tommy Botts.

Surviving is three daughters Esther & Cliff Buckler of Owingsville, KY, Kathy & Gary Miller of Denniston, KY, Linda Chidester of Owingsville, KY, and son Stanley Ross and companion Sharon of Jeffersonville, KY. Nine grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren. Two sisters Jeanetta Botts Campbell and husband Jessie Campbell of Winchester, KY; Kozet Davis of Wellington, KY. Three brothers David Botts, Doug & Gail Botts and Donald & Carol Botts all of Denniston, KY. Host of nieces and nephews

. Funeral services will be 1:00pm, Monday January 20, 2025 at Menifee Home for Funerals With Bro. Damon Byrd officiating. Burial in Botts Cemetery, Denniston, KY. Visitation 11:00am Monday at Menifee Home for Funerals, Frenchburg, KY. Randy Halsey, Funeral Director.
