Kenneth Patrick

Kenneth Patrick, age 90 of Wellington, KY departed this life Friday, July 11, 2025 in Danville, KY after an extended illness. Born March 14, 1935 in Dan, KY son of Noah and Ada Peyton Patrick. He accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his savior in the early 1970’s.

Kenneth’s story is one of dedication, hard work and love. He spent 31 years teaching in Menifee Co. schools, all while raising tobacco and cattle. He was married to Imogene Mays 57 years upon her passing Nov. 15,2013. He had always been the heart of his community, known for his sense of humor and willingness to help others. In retirement, he channeled his passion into family genealogy, preserving memories for generations to come.

Surviving is one daughter Dianna & Gary Williams, two sons, Bill Patrick, and Benny & Jessica Patrick. Two sisters Treva Back, and Bonnie Brown. Sister-in-law, Lola Patrick. Three grandchildren, Trent Patrick, Nathan & Amanda Patrick, McKenna Patrick.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Noah & Ada Peyton Patrick, his wife Imogene Mays Patrick. Five sisters, Lizzie Sexton, Virgil Patrick, Tena Mays, Reva Keath, Fern Patrick. Six brothers; Jess Patrick, Charles Patrick, Claude Patrick, Winford Patrick, Meril Patrick, Ronald Patrick.

Funeral services will be held 11:00am, Thursday, July 17,2025 at Menifee Home For Funerals with Bro. Tim Rhodes and Bro. Alan Ratliff officiating. Interment in Johnston Cemetery, Wellington, KY. Visitation, 6:00pm, Wednesday at Menifee Home For Funerals, Frenchburg, KY. Randy Halsey, Funeral Director.
