Larry Wayne Tolson

Larry Wayne Tolson, age 67 of Sharpsburg,KY and formerly of Denniston,KY passed away Thursday, May 6,2021 at his home after an extended illness. Born May 8,1953 in Frenchburg,KY to Homer Ned Tolson and Geraldine McCoy Tolson. He was a retired auto body repairman working for Hilers Body Shop, Mt. Sterling,KY.

Surviving are one daughter, Delena Ramsey of Owingsville, KY. Five grandchildren: Saryn Falardeau, Dylan Falardeau, Thomas Bumby, Ethan Bumby, Ottis Bumby. Three sisters: Jeanie Cox of Sharpsburg,KY. Tammy (Jeff) Johnson, and Diane Pettit both of Carlisle,KY. Two brothers: Lanny (Avis) Tolson of Denniston,KY. Homer Tolson of Sharpsburg,KY. Host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Homer Ned and Geraldine McCoy Tolson, sister-in-law, Mary Tolson, and niece Amy Tolson.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm, Sunday May 9,2021 at Menifee Home For Funerals with Rev. Terry Wells officiating. Burial in the Montgomery Cemetery, Denniston, KY. Visitation will be 11:30am, Sunday at Menifee Home For Funerals, Frenchburg, KY with Randy Halsey, Funeral Director.

Pallbearers: Scotty Tolson, Michael Ballard, Carl Stephens, Nicholas Cox, Dylan Falardeau, Lana Stephens, Kiara Ferrell.

COVID-19 mandate/regulations will be followed as set forth by Governor Beshear and the CDC. The family request that visitors respect their desire to keep everyone safe by practicing social distancing guidelines and to wear a face covering of some sort.
