Laura (Hale) Back

Laura Hale Back, age 71, departed this life on Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at her home after an extended illness. Born in Frenchburg, KY on October 19, 1952 daughter of Willie Hale and Opal Peyton Hale. She accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her savior, and had worked at the Jockey Factory, Mt. Sterling, KY.

Surviving is her loving husband Ronald Dale Back, and one son Richard Dale Back and his wife Kacey Back, of Frenchburg, KY. Three grandchildren, Layton Dale Back, Kennedi Back, and Kelsey Hurt & Caden Hurt. Seven siblings, General Hale, Morehead, KY; John Hale, Frenchburg, KY; Ann Welch, Wellington, KY; Charles Hale, Joyce Green, Dean Hale and Teresa McVey all of Frenchburg, KY.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Opal Peyton Hale, and nine siblings Frances Bush, Paul Hale, Lorriane Hale, Imagene Little, Mamis Patrick, Roger Hale, Bearle Carpenter, Alverney Hale and Elizabeth Lawson.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm, Saturday, July 27, 2024 at Menifee Home for Funerals With Bro. Rick Back and Bro. Dwight Back officiating. Interment in Laura Hale Back Cemetery, Mariba, KY. Visitation, 6:30 pm, Friday at Menifee Home for Funerals, Frenchburg, KY. Randy Halsey, Funeral Director.

Pallbearers are Steve Anderson, James Knox, Chris Manness, Caden Hurt, Issac Martin, Jarami Lewis, and Sunga Copher.
