Lucille Gaye (Dotson) Charles

Lucille Gaye ( Dotson) Charles, age 81, of Wellington, KY passed away Saturday, November 26,2022 in the St. Claire Medical Center, Morehead, KY after an extended illness. Born March 10,1941 in Phelps, KY to Bruce and Opal Thornburg Dotson. She was member of the Frenchburg Presbyterian Church, Frenchburg, KY. She was a loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother.

Surviving are her husband, Paul Richard Charles, daughter Shirl (Pete) Beaudoin, son Paul (Linda) Charles. Four grandchildren, Elizabeth (Kyle) Roush, Peter (Ali) Beaudoin II, Heather (Robby) Gardiner, Jonathan Charles. Two great grandchildren; Lillie and Jayce Roush. Siblings; Shirley Miller, Jerry (Mary Alice) Dotson. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bruce and Opal Thornburg Dotson.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm, Saturday, December 3,2022 at Menifee Home For Funeral Chapel with Pastor P. J. Miller officiating. Interment in Big Woods Community Church Cemetery, Wellington, KY. Visitation start 11:30pm, Saturday, December 3rd. at Menifee Home For Funerals, Frenchburg, KY. Randy Halsey Funeral Director. Pallbearers are friends and relatives.
