Lydia Ann Kennedy

Lydia Ann Kennedy, age 80 of Turkey Ridge Road in Wellington, KY passed away Sunday, Feb. 3, 2008 at Edgewood Estates in Frenchburg, KY.

She was born May 4, 1927 in Orton, West Virgina; daughter of the Late Walter Greenleaf and Bessie Vankirk.

She was a retired nurse and was a member of the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Normantown, West Virgina.

Lydia traveled all over the United States, lived in Germany & Japan with her 1st Husband while he was in the Army.

She also worked as an LPN for several years in Elyria, Ohio.

She enjoyed reading, sewing & game shows on T.V., loved the Cleveland Indians, and enjoyed visiting with family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her Parents and also her 1st Husband; James D. Frame & 2nd Husband; Ernest Kennedy, 1 Grandchild & 1 Great-Grandchild.

Surviving is 4 Children; Jame E. Frame of Wellington, KY, Linda R. Groves of Wellington, KY, Barbara A. Wood & Terry of Salisburg, North Carolina and Patricia J. Ferrebee also of Wellington, KY, 2 Brothers; Leonard & Annalea Greenleaf and Paul & Pauline Greenleaf all of Glenville, West Virgina; 11 Granchildren, 16 Great-Grandchildren, several Nieces & Nephews.

Privates Services will be held at a later date at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Normantown, West Virgina.
