Obituary
Mae Whitt Jones, age 60, of 915 Liberty Road, Apt#.204, West Liberty, KY and formerly of Frenchburg, KY, passed away Thursday, August 26,2021 in the St. Claire Medical Center, Morehead, KY. She was born March 15,1961 in Mt. Sterling, KY to Jimmy Whitt and Onda Fultz Whitt Tolson. She attended the Christian Church, West Liberty, KY.
Surviving are two sons, Jonathan Lee Colbird of Princeton, WV., and Dean Michael Colbird (Darlene) of Peterstown, WV., Three grandchildren. Two sisters, Brenda Whitt Lewis (Bill Lewis) of West Liberty, KY., Nancy Nickel of Sharkey, KY. One brother, James Irvin Whitt Jr of Ashland,KY. Host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jimmy Whitt and Onda Fultz Whitt Tolson, her husband, Larry Dean Jones, two children, Misty Jones and Charles Dale Colbird.
Funeral services will be 1:00pm, Tuesday, August 31,2021 at Menifee Home For Funerals with Pastor Hunter Fraley officiating. Visitation will be 11:am, Tuesday at Menifee home For Funerals, Frenchburg, KY, Randy Halsey Funeral Director. Pallbearers will be friends and relatives. Burial in Helton Cemetery, Denniston, KY.
