Mary Christine Blevins

Mary Christine Blevins,age 80,of Blevins Road,Wellington,Ky passed away Friday at her home after an extended illness.Born January 25,1934 in Varney,WV,she was a daughter of the late Avery and Unona Norman Hensley. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Okey Blevins and four sisters, Nancy, Lindie,Vadie and Rose Marie and eight brothers, Alec, Pete, S.D., Robert,Columbus Oliver, Greenway, Rush and Tommy.

She was a member of the Old Regular Baptist Church,Sardis Association in Delbarton,WV.

Surviving is four daughters, Joyce Blevins, Margaret and Jerry Wayne Adkins, Terri and Larry Workman, Nancy and Randall Bowman,Rose and Darris Fyffe. Three sons, Darrell and Diane Blevins, James Blevins and Jerry and Rhonda Blevins all of Wellington,Ky.

One brother, John Henry Hensley, Delbarton,WV. 25 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. Numerous nieces,nephews and other family.

Funeral services will be 11:30 AM,Tuesday,June 24,2014 at Korea Church Of God,Wellington,Ky with Rev.David Hale officiating.

Interment in the Blevins Family Cemetery, Blevins Road,Wellington,Ky.
