Melissa Jo Beckner, age 51, of Big Salt Lick Rd.,Salt Lick, KY, passed away on Monday, December 7,2020 in the St. Claire Medical Center, Morehead, KY. Born on June 22,1969 in Louisville, KY, to Michael Bailey and Sandra Kay Lyons Bailey. She was a LPN working in hospitals and nursing homes.

Surviving are her husband, Christopher Miller of Salt Lick,KY. Her mother, Sandra Bailey of Owingsville,KY. Five children: Lacy Clemmons of Morehead,KY, Adams Dewayne Clemmons of Salt Lick,KY. Becky Blanton of Mt. Sterling,KY. Amanda Kay Swartz of Owingsville,KY, and Travis Adkins of Burksville,KY. Several grandchildren. One sister, Catherine Bailey of Owingsville,KY. Two brothers Terry Bailey of Owingsville,KY and Michael Bailey of Marion,IN. One niece,Brooklyn Bailey of Frenchburg,KY. Three nephews: Tyler Bailey of Batavia,OH. Timmy Damron of NC., and Nathan Damron of Winchester,KY. She was preceded in death by her father Michael Bailey and granddaughter Makayla Carpenter.m

Private graveside services 11:30am, Friday, December 11 2020 at McClain Cemetery, Owingsville, KY with Pastor Rodney Coffey officiating. Menifee Home For Funerals,Frenchburg,KY,Randy Halsey, Funeral Director. Pallbearers: Chris Miller, Timmy Miller, Nate Damron, Timmy Damron, Chance Combs and Michael Glenn Bailey.
