Mina Faye (DeRosett) Roberson

Mina Faye Roberson, age 80, of S.Hwy 211, Salt Lick,Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday,January 5,2021 in St. Joseph Hospital, Mt. Sterling,Kentucky after an extended illness. She was born April 24,1940 in Frenchburg, Kentucky to Alfred and Inez Stamper DeRosett. She was a member of the Mud Lick Church of God, a homemaker, a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister.

Surviving is three sons, Dale & Dedra Roberson of Frenchburg,KY; Terry Roberson and Toby Roberson both of Salt Lick,KY. Two daughters, Penny and Wayne Salyers of Wellington,KY,and Janie Darnel of Mt. Sterling,KY. Three sisters, Mini Lou Becraft of Sudith,KY. Doris O’Nan and Lois Agee both of Lexington,KY. One brother, Press & Greta DeRosett of Franklin,TN. Seven grandsons, 7 granddaughters,9 great-grandsons and 11 great-granddaughters.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Inez Stamper DeRosett, husband Kenny Roberson, 3 siblings Vivian DeRosett, Joyce DeRosett, Merrill DeRosett.

Private funeral services will held 1:00pm, Friday, January 8,2021 at Menifee Home For Funerals with Pastor Joey Rogers officiating. Interment in Benson & Craig Cemetery, Frenchburg, KY. Private visitation. Pallbearers are family. Menifee Home For Funerals, Frenchburg, KY, with Randy Halsey, Funeral Director.
