Minnie Thetus Rowe Miller,76, of Owingsville, KY,(formerly of Menifee Co.) passed away September 11th, 2020 at St. Joseph, Mt. Sterling Hospital with her children by her side. She was born December 6th.1943 in Menifee County, she was the daughter of the late Cletus and Gladys Powell Rowe. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years James Miller. Son Lee Miller, grandson Nathaniel Miller, great-grandson Kayden Dunn, (2) brothers James & Buddy Rowe. (1) sister Effie Rowe. (2) brothers-in-law Claude Ingram and Kelly Thomas. She was a member of the Means Community Miracle Church, Means, KY.

She is survived by two sons, Jimmy Dale Miller of Mt. Sterling, KY, and Kenny Miller and Amy Davis of Jeffersonville, KY. Two daughters Sherry & Randy Jacobs of Catlettsburg, KY, and Pamela & Les Conway of Jeffersonville, KY. Two brothers, Elmer & Nancy Rowe, Arlie Rowe and Denita Conway all of Means, KY. Two sisters, Edna Mae Ingram of Frenchburg, KY and Norma Thomas of Mt. Sterling, KY. (18) Grandchildren. (3) special granddaughters, Cristy Mora, Kendra Miller and Leslie Ann-Marie Conway aka ‘Pebbles’. (3) special grandsons, Josh Miller, Jordan Evans, Jeremy Roark aka ‘Bucky’. (19) Great-grandchildren. (2) special great-grandsons, Levi Mora, Loghan Miller. (2) special great-granddaughters, Alyzza Otis, Kensliegh Jean Miller.

Funeral services 1:00pm, Tuesday, September 15,2020 at Means Community Miracle Church, Means, KY, with Bro. Tommy Evans officiating. Interment in Rowe Cemetery, Peter Trace Rd. Means, KY. Visitation will be 6:00pm, Monday at Menifee Home For Funerals, Frenchburg, KY, with Randy Halsey, Funeral Director.

COVID-19 regulations will be followed as set forth by Governor Beshear and the CDC. The family request that visitors respect their desire to keep everyone safe by practicing social distancing guidelines and to wear a face covering of some sort.
