Mr. Earnie Cecil Agee, age 89 of Frenchburg, Kentucky; Widower of Mabel Murphy Agee; passed away Wednesday, January 31, 2007 at his residence after a brief illness.

He was born on May 12, 1917 in Menifee County, Kentucky; son of the Late Sam Agee & Ivy May Wells Agee.

Earnie was a U.S. Army veteran, a retired farmer, and attended the Pine Grove Community Church of Ezel, Kentucky.

He was preceded in death by his Wife; Mable Murphy Agee; 2 Daughters; (infant) Lillian Agee and Fay Agee Hall, 2 Sisters; Vivina Agee Ratliff and Veronia Daniels.

He is survived by 1 Daughter; Reva Agee of Dayton, Ohio; 1 Son; Johnny C. Agee & Martha of Tipp City, Ohio; 4 Grandchildren; Priscilla and Larry Lawson, Danny and Melissa Cull, David Wayne and Kim Hall, and Tammy Updike, also 6 Great-Grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be conducted 11:00 AM Friday, February 2, 2007 at Menifee Home For Funerals Chapel with Rev. Terry Wells & Bro. Carroll Ratliff Officiating. Burial will follow with Interment at the Pine Grove Cemetery in Ezel, Kentucky. Visitation begins after 6:00 PM, Thursday, February 1, 2007 at Menifee Home For Funerals in Frenchburg, Kentucky.

Pallbearers: Larry Lawson, David Wayne Hall, Joe Wolski, Denzil Henery, Keith Linkous, Sammy Daniels, Tommy Daniels and J.D. Ross.
