Nollise (Curry) Hackney

Nollise Curry Hackney, age 79, of Wellington, KY, passed away October 7,2021 at her home after an extended illness. She was born July 21,1942 in Pikeville, KY to Tolby and Minnie Goff Curry. She accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her Savior. She was a homemaker, a loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother.

Surviving are her husband, Kenneth Hackney of Wellington, KY; Daughter, Dehdra Di Lorenzo, North Carolina. Two grandchildren, Alex and Nicholas. Two sisters, Sharon Justice and Gladys Young both of Pikeville, KY. One brother, Billy Joe Curry of Michigan. She was preceded in death by her parents, Tolby and Minnie Goff Curry, one sister and two brothers.

Funeral services will be held 1:00pm, Sunday, October 10,2021 with Rev. Jess Brewer officiating. Interment in Back Cemetery, Wellington, KY. Visitation will be 11:00am, Sunday at Menifee Home For Funerals, Frenchburg,KY Randy Halsey Funeral Director.
