Ova Lee Richardson

Ova Lee Richardson, age 70 of Olympia, KY, passed away Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at Saint Joseph Hospital in Lexington, KY after a brief illness. He was born June 13, 1953 in Mt. Sterling, KY to Ova Richardson Jr. & Elberteen Cox Richardson.

He was a generous, loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, & friend.

Preceded in death by one son, Michael Lee Richardson.

Surviving is his wife, Connie Hatton Richardson, parents, Ova Richardson Jr. & Elberteen Cox Richardson. One daughter, Tabitha Sharon Highley (Jason), One son, Nathan Lee Richardson (Kaitlin). Five grandchildren, Arya Jadon Highley, Donovan Michael Highley, Alice Bea Richardson, Connor Lee Richardson, & Bennett Dean Richardson. Three brothers, Omer Clay Richardson, Buddy Gene Richardson (Kathy), & James Woodford Richardson.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, January 14, 2024 at Menifee Home for Funerals, Frenchburg, KY with Bro. Relzda McNabb & Bro. Sean Bailey officiating. Interment will be held at the Crouch Cemetery, HWY 211, Salt Lick, KY. Visitation starts at 12:00PM Sunday, January 14, 2024 at Menifee Home for Funerals, Frenchburg, KY. Randy Halsey, Funeral Director.
