Penny Fay Brown

Penny Fay Brown, age 49 of Frenchburg,KY passed away Wednesday,December 29,2021 in Louisville,KY after a brief illness. She was born December 14,1972 in Morehead,KY to Leonard Brown Jr and Nancy Willoughby Brown. She was a child of God.

Surviving are two sisters, Betty Flynn (Bob) of Mt.Sterling,KY, Beverly Phillips (Brian) of Ohio. One brother, Leonard Brown III (Kim) of Frenchburg,KY. Four nieces, Evelyn Brown, Harley Brown, Dalayna Brown and Dixie Brown. Two nephews, Jared Phillips and Chris Brown, one great-nephew, Brayson Denniston.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard Brown Jr and Nancy Willoughby Brown and brother Mike Brown.

Funeral services will be 12:Noon, Tuesday January 4,2022 in Menifee Home For Funerals Chapel. Interment in Machpelah Cemetery, Mt.Sterling,KY. Visitation will be 11:am,Tuesday in Menifee Home For Funerals, Frenchburg,KY Randy Halsey Funeral Director.
