Randy A. Patrick, Wellington, KY, departed this life on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at UK Hospital, Lexington, KY, at the age of 61. He was born in Frenchburg, KY, son of the late Charles and Esta "Mamis" Hale Patrick, on July 23, 1964. He was a farmer, a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother.

His parents, wife Lisa Gail Patrick, and siblings Phyllis Patrick Lawson, Wendell Earl Patrick, Charles "Junior" Patrick, and Walter David "Bob" Patrick all preceded him in death. Surviving are his children, Kimberly and Scott Blevins.

Michelle & Derek Helton, Charles & Bobbi Jean Patrick, and Justin & Megan Patrick. Seven grandchildren and one great-grandson. Siblings Glenn & Sharon Patrick, and Terry & Marsha Patrick, Sister-in-law Mina Patrick and The Sexton family he loved dearly

Visitation will be on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 11:00am at Menifee Home. For Funerals in Frenchburg, KY, and graveside services and interment in the Johnston Cemetery, Prater Ridge Road, Wellington, KY, on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 1:00pm with Pastor Willis Blair offering words of comfort to the family and friends. Pallbearers are Scott Blevins, Derek Helton, Brandon Sexton, Channing Cantrell, Jason Patrick, Jeremy Patrick, Kevin Lane, and Adam Shepherd.
