Regina Mae Johnson, age, 44, of Wellington, KY passed away August 31, 2023 after a brief illness. She was born November 16, 1978 in Morehead, KY to Susan Wells.

Preceded in death by her husband Joseph Johnson, paternal grandfather, Clayton Wells, maternal grandparents, Harold & Reva Havens.

Surviving are her mother, Susan Wells, her paternal grandmother, Jeannetta Wells. Her significant other, Steve McPherson. 4 children, Ryan Johnson (Tiara Cox), Alison Johnson, Steven McPherson, Cassie McPherson. 2 sisters, Elaine Lawson (Kevin), Renee Peck (Chris), 3 brothers, Tom Wells (Jennifer), Garrett Wells (Connie), Bill Wells (Gail Bowles). A host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, great nieces & great nephews.

A celebration of life will be held 1:00 PM Monday September 4, 2023 at the Menifee Home For Funerals chapel in Frenchburg, KY with Bro. Pat Hoskins & speaker Charletta Craft. Interment will held at the Agee Cemetery in Wellington, KY. Visitation starts at 6:00 PM Sunday September 3, 2023 at Menifee Home For Funerals, Frenchburg, KY
