Richard Paul Ballard age 57 of Denniston,Ky passed away Tuesday at his home after an extended illness. He was born June 28,1953 in Menifee Co,Ky son of the late Charles Russell & Nora Mae Purvis Ballard.

He was a self-employed laborer and serviced in the U.S.Army.He accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his Savor.

Surviving is his wife,Frances Ann Botts Ballard, Denniston,Ky. Five living brothers. Several nieces & nephews.

Funeral service 11;AM,Friday May 13th.2011 at Menifee Home For Funerals with Rev.Terry Wells & Rev.Dennis Flannery officiating.

Burial in the Botts Cemetery, Denniston,Ky. Visitation 6;PM Thursday at Menifee Home For Funerals,Frenchburg,Ky

Military Graveside Service conducted by the Morgan Co.D.A.V.Chapter # 132.
