Seldon Fannin

Seldon Fannin, age 74, of Frenchburg,KY passed away Monday, January 18, 2021 in the Edgewood Estates Nursing Home after an extended illness. Born February 13,1946, in Frenchburg,Kentucky, he was the son of the late Henry Marple Fannin and Jean Motley Fannin. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his step brother Robert “Bob” Motley. He was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church, and former owner of Western Auto Store, Frenchburg, KY.

Surviving are two daughters, Kim Fannin of Ashland, KY, and Kristie Paynter of Winchester, KY. Nine grandchildren, Micheal Sallee, Brieana McCoy, Ashtyn Sallee, Dillon Paynter, Brenden Paynter, Kaley Paynter, Lauren Muncey, Amanda Botts, Travis Botts, Three great-grandchildren, Maddox Muncey, Covey Watts, Brayden McCoy.

Private family graveside services will be held 2:p.m. Friday, January 22,2021 at Ezel Cemetery, Ezel, KY with Rev. Tim Rhodes and Rev. Roger Wells officiating. Private family Visitation will be 12:Noon, Friday at Menifee Home For Funerals, Frenchburg,KY with Randy Halsey, Funeral Director.

Active pallbearers: Rick Stiltner, David Rhodes, Justin Lane, Bobby Motley, Greg Motley, Keith McGuire. Honorary pallbearers: Bill Jones, Bruce Amburgey, Sam Amburgey, Kenny Amburgey.
