Susan Elaine (Havens) Wells

Susan Elaine Havens Wells, age 76, of Frenchburg, KY departed this life Sunday, August 31,2025 in the Menifee Meadows, Frenchburg, KY after an extended illness. Born on May 4,1949 in Frenchburg, KY daughter of Harold & Reva Arnett Havens. She was a homemaker, loving mother, grandmother and sister, also a caregiver.

Surviving is two daughters, Beverly Elaine & Kevin Lawson, Angela Renee Peck. Three sons, William ‘Bill’ Davis Wells & Gail Bowels, Garrett Lee & Connie Wells, Thomas ‘Tommy’ Randall & Jennifer Wells. Host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Four sisters, Andrea Leach, Ruth & Gary Williams, Donna & Loran Mathes, and Sharon Pelfrey. Sister-in-law Connie Havens and caretaker Cindy Wells.

She was preceded in death by her parents Harold & Reva Arnett Havens. Daughter, Regina Mae Johnson, son-in-law Joseph ‘Jo Jo’ Johnson. Three brothers, Larry Lee ‘Johnny’ Havens, Loyd Gene Havens, Ray Havens. Maternal grandparents America & Lee Arnett. Brother-in-law Asa Leach. Granddaughter, Phyllis DeWayna Lawson.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm, Thursday, September 4,2025 at Menifee Home For Funerals with Bro. Terry Wells officiating. Interment in Johnston Cemetery, Wellington, KY. Visitation, 6:00pm, Wednesday at Menifee Home For Funerals, Frenchburg, KY. Randy Halsey, Funeral Director. Pallbearers: Casey Peck, Alex Peck, Austin Peck, Shawn Wells, Jake Wells, Chase Wells.
