Sylvia Ann (Manning) Powell

Sylvia Ann Powell, age 84 of West Liberty, KY passed away Wednesday, September 21,2022 in the St. Claire Medical Center, Morehead, KY after an extended illness. Born in Franklin, Ohio on February 10,1938 to Arlo Manning and Edith Craft Manning. She was a member of the Big Woods Community Church, Wellington, KY and Vandalia Church of the Nazarene, Vandalia, Ohio. She was a secretary at Wright Patterson Air Force Base for 35 years.

Surviving are one daughter, Gale Ann Andrews-Reichard, son in law, William Reichard, two grandsons, Jared Andrews, Brian Andrews, three great grandsons, Gavin Andrews, Jude Andrews, Dash Andrews, one sister, Carol Meagley, two brothers, Gary Manning, Dwayne Manning She was preceded in death by her parents, Arlo & Edith Craft Manning, two brothers & two husbands.

Funeral services will be 11:am, Monday, September 26,2022 at Big Woods Community Church, Wellington, KY with Rev. Jess Brewer and Rev. Jay Keaton officiating. Interment in Higgins Cemetery, Wellington, KY. Pallbearers will be relatives. Menifee Home For Funerals, Frenchburg, KY, Randy Halsey, Funeral Director.
