Teresa Gail (Richardson) McCoy

Teresa Gail Richardson McCoy, age 48 of Owingsville, KY passed away on Wednesday, February 2,2022 in St. Claire Medical Center, Morehead,KY after an extended illness. She was born June 10,1973 in Winchester, KY to Edwin Troy Richardson and Deley Margaret Jones Philyaw.

Surviving are her ex-husband Rodney McCoy, her parents, Margaret Philyaw and Bill Philyaw, two daughters, Samantha Saylor (Bo Saylor), Carrie Richardson. son, Ricky McCoy. Four stepdaughters, Valerie Cockerham, Amanda Lucas, Tiffany Preston (Brent), Destiny McCoy. one grandson, William Bolden. three step-grandsons, Caleb Lucas, Arturo Cosquilla Jr, Christian Preston. one step granddaughter, Hannah Lucas. three sisters: Mary McPherson, Ramona McPherson, Dottie McPherson. She was preceded in death by her birth father Edwin Troy Richardson, step-granddaughter Shyla Cosquilla, son Kenneth Sparks.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm, Tuesday, February 8,2022 in Menifee Home For Funerals Chapel with Bro. Stephen Kuehne officiating. Burial in Helton Cemetery, Denniston,KY. Visitation will be 11:00am, Tuesday in Menifee Home For Funerals, Frenchburg,KY, Randy Halsey, Funeral Director.
