Volney E. "Von" Mullins

Volney E. “Von” Mullins, 65 of Frenchburg, Ky passed away Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at his home after a brief illness. He was born November 4,1959 in Frenchburg, KY son of Aubrey Mullins and Marcella Ann Conway Mullins. He accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his Savior and was a retired electrician.

Surviving is his wife Decelia Joy Back Mullins, mother Marcella Ann Mullins, daughter Angie Williams Ledford (Curt). Two sons, Joshua Crouch (Renee), Todd Williams. Seven grandchildren; Shelbie Ledford Fair (Chase), Ty Ledford, Bailey Ledford, Hannah Thompson (Josh), Kameron Spencer (Hunter), Landon Williams, Tinsley Crouch. Seven great-grandchildren; Carsten Fair, Kash Fair, Ayden Hisel, Colton Thompson, Aubrey Spencer, Olivia Spencer, Nora Spencer. Sister, Sheila Cecil (Kenny). Brother Junior Mullins and a special sister-in-law Debbie Williams. Host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Aubrey Mullins.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm, Saturday, February 8,2025 at Menifee Home for Funerals Chapel with Bro. Rick Back officiating. Burial in the Cecil Cemetery, Frenchburg, KY. Visitation, 6:00pm, Friday at Menifee Home for Funerals, Frenchburg, KY. Randy Halsey, Funeral Director.
