Wayne D. "Bull" Simpkins

Wayne D. “Bull” Simpkins, age, 79 of Frenchburg, KY passed away Saturday January 6, 2024 at his residence after an extended illness. He was born September 8, 1944 in Frenchburg, KY to Arnold & Marie Fultz Simpkins.

He loved working in his garden and talking to all the people he had worked with on his county job driving a garbage truck, as well as his work in logging and the job corp.

Preceded in death by his parents, Arnold & Marie Fultz Simpkins. His wife Mary Jo  Migliaccio Simpkins & numerous brothers & sisters.

Surviving is his 1 son, Paul Simpkins (Michelle), 1 daughter, JoAnna White (Allen). 3 grandchildren, Scottie Simpkins, Joshua Roberts & Dustin Roberts. Survivors also include 3 great grandchildren, Haley, Rashelly & Blake Roberts.
