William "Bill" Thomas

William “Bill” Thomas age 77 of Means, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, December 14,2021 in the St. Joseph Hospital, Mt. Sterling, Kentucky after an extended illness. He was born January 02,1944 in Frenchburg, KY, son of Raymond and Carma Dennis Thomas. He was a Vietnam War veteran, a retired truck driver.

Surviving are his wife Gwen Stull Thomas of Means, KY. Three daughters: Andrea and Matt Dildy of Wapakoneta, Ohio, Tina Thomas of Lexington, KY, Tonia and John Toy of Mt. Sterling, KY. Two sons Brad and Mary Beth Thomas of Mt. Sterling, KY, Harold Reffitt of Atlanta, Georgia. Two sisters: Deloris Thomas Blankenship and Gayle Thomas Amburgey both of Frenchburg, KY. Nine grandchildren, Trevor Toy, Brittany Thomas, Tyler Thomas, Bobby Trent Toy, Ryan Thomas, Travis Toy, Devin Dildy, Madilyn Mitchell, Aiden Mitchell.

He was preceded in death by his parents Raymond and Carma Dennis Thomas, four brothers, Stanley, Denver, Robert and Gary Thomas, three sisters, Wanda MacKinnon, Geri Thomas Johnson and Patti Thomas Berry.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm Saturday December 18,2021 in the Hope First Church of God, 10246 Hope Means Rd, Hope, KY, with Bro. Glenn Sizemore officiating. Interment in the Mack Cemetery, McCausey Ridge, Frenchburg, KY with Military Honors conducted by American Legion Post # 22, Mt. Sterling, KY.

Visitation will be 10:30am, Saturday December 18,2021 at Hope First Church Of God, Hope, KY.
